The Jammin' Jellyfish Swim Home to Troy, New York
The Jammin’ Jellyfish Swim Team announced today that Troy Middle and High School will be their home pool for the upcoming 2017-2018 swim season.
“I’m very excited for us to have landed in Troy," said Jellyfish Head Coach Nick Deck. “We had many different options but we felt Troy was the best one for our team. The facilities for our athletes were important. The ability to grow our program within the community was a factor. And most importantly, the ability to bring our Special Olympic athletes and their practices to the same pool was critical in our decision-making.”
The team will be using Troy Middle School while renovations take place at the High School. The team is expected to practice at Troy Middle School from September 25th until October 23rd. The team will then transition to the Troy High School pool for the remainder of the fall season.
